"Excellent Hotel. 5* Service!"
Reviewed 11 November 2011This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave, you are treated like the most important guest they have ever had.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it has everything you could need. I would like to finish by saying that the staff make the hotel what it is, congratulations to you all on your excellent service, everyone commented on you. Well Done!!

Reviewed 21 November 2011Its not all that often that I think a hotel is underrated, but this Hotel is definitely worth every one of its three stars.
Located a little on the outskirts of town, its a bout a fifteen minute walk or a €5 (3.50 English Pounds) Cab ride into town.The restaurant has a very good and wide selection on the menu. The bar is also a popular hangout. Especially on Saturday night!!! Can be a bit loud. The service in the hotel was very great. Staff are great! Very friendly and accommodating.If I am to return to Derry one day, I'll be back here fur sure.

 Reviewed 21 August 2011 Attractive, clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet room. The shower had loads of water pressure. When asked for extra towels or washcloth they were prompt and courteous. The lobby was small but welcoming. Visited friends in lobby & was very comfortable. The restaurant, pub and breakfast was also very good. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had on my trip. The paved walking/bike path behind the hotel is wonderful. It is a short walk/run to town & the new beautiful peace bridge,approx 1 1/2 miles away. Loads of parking. The staff was terrific. Especially Benny,the women at the front desk & Clare the bartender.

 Reviewed 5 August 2011 Excellent Hotel. I spent two nights here in July 2011 for my Hen weekend with 10 friends. What a beautiful spot. It was throughly enjoyed by all. Excellent, friendly and extremely helpful staff, top service throughout. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, food was delicious! Will definitely be back - same time next year!

The staff were fantansic esp Leon & Gavin at the Cocktail session!!!! Def give us girls a laugh :) Hen package is def value for money - everything under the one roof. Dinner was fab and staff were outstanding - nothing was a problem to them. Rooms were spacious, clean and we were all located close together which was good.
Def be back. Keep up the good work guys :)

From the first you walked into the hotel the girls made you so welcome. We wanted to go to dinner and the girl rang round for us to different places to get us sorted for a lovely meal for we didnt see anything on your menu that suited us sorry than she got us a taxi she was so helpful and pleasant really what you like when you go to a hotel time for you.

Staff really helpful. They had really fluffy towels. Loads of car parking - this is always a problem with other hotels in Derry

It was a little noisy on Saturday night due to different hen/stag parties but in fairness there was not a lot the staff could do to stop this happening. In the restaurant the staff did ask a particular group to calm down which they did.

Really friendly helpfull staff, large,comfortable, clean room with all we needed, only down side was breakfast was extra and quite expensive but would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Excellent way to break a long journey On a journey from Glasgow to the far north of Eire this hotel is a perfect stopover. We will definitely be back.Very comfortable beds, good size room and pleasant sleep.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times and would recommend it. The only negative thing about it was the noise level on Saturday night was quite high from the pub below. Other than that I cannot fault it. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are large enough with 2 comfy double beds and a clean bathroom. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and the food was lovely.
