Any accommodation booking cancelled within 24 hours of the confirmed reservation arrival date will incura one night cancellation charge.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of guide dogs.
Smoking Policy
It is the policy at Da Vinci's Hotel Complex that all areas of our hotel except for a limited number of individually designated guest bedrooms, which have been designated in writing, are smoke free. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel complex except in the 12 guest bedrooms which have been designated in writing as a bedroom in which the guests occupying that room may smoke. An area has been designated external for those who wish to smoke. If there is failure to comply with this policy Da Vinci's Hotel reserves the right to charge a room recovery fee of £100.00, all breaches of this policy will be recorded in writing by Da Vinci's Hotel management staff on duty during time of offence.
