Welcome to our elegant & stylish, Grillroom Restaurant, where the emphasis is on two simple things, great food & first class service.
Newly appointed head chef Declan Hutton, has been with Da Vinci's Hotel, Derry for over 6 years. Declan & his team offer a modern Irish take on traditional cuisine, with a strong focus on fresh, sustainable seafood. Our A La Carte menu makes the best use of the finest local produce, combining tastes & textures in a way which is creative yet uncomplicated.
Fresh fish & seafood’s are harvested from the surrounding waters of the Atlantic Ocean, courtesy of Donegal Prime Fish, delivered daily direct from the boats of Greencastle, Co. Donegal.
Beef is sourced by the Higgins’s Family, Village Butchers in Castlerock. They carefully select only the finest of cattle & specially dry-age our mature Irish beef for 21 days. Allowing the meat to mature as nature intended makes it even more tender, more succulent and even tastier.
With tasteful and unique decor, a modern Irish A La Carte menu to choose from, and outstanding wine poured by wine lovers chosen from our walk in wine cellar - your combination of experiences in the Grillroom will make it an evening to remember.
