    The hotel was very nice and clean. Comfy bed and extra pillows. Hot shower with great water pressure in bathroom. Several people in our party had breakfast each day and loved it. Free parking is available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Attached pub is great, we ate there most nights.

    Stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and have to say da Vinci’s was in my top 3 amazing staff and very friendly

    My room was exceptionally clean and well presented and, as always, I found the staff friendly and helpful.

    Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Derry for one or more nights. Good location, lovely restaurant for dinner.

    I stayed in Da Vinci's on sunday 16th as my friend had a match for Derry. We came down at around 12:30pm for check in, although we were informed check in was at 3pm. As we could not check in we went for food and drinks whilst we waited and came back to the hotel at 3:05pm. My friends got their room on the spot although I did not get my room to 3:40pm and it was a different room that we had to be given as mine was still not ready. Due to this I missed the beginning of the derry game which was the main reason for my stay. Then the next morning I checked out late, I had gone for food down the street and upon my return I found what I can only presume was the manager and the cleaner standing at my door with it open waiting on me to arrive to hurry me out the door. Also the way he spoke to me was quite rude. Other than his bad customer service, the girl and young man on the reception provided a good service and apologised numerous times about the mishap with the room.
